2003 Dodge Dakota Slt club cab

Have a 2003 dodge dakota club cab slt 4.7l v8 engine, there are a couple issues with this vehicle, the front right blinker does not work, however all the other lights do, it needs an electric fan installed the old one went out and I took it out just never replaced it, 4 wheel drive works but it does make a grinding noise so i have only driven in 2 wheel with no grinding or any other problems, it does have a spare on it right now but I do have the other rim and 4 tires that come with the truck that would need to be put on the rims, I believe walmart can do it for right around $100 I just haven't had the time and don't really want to deal with the truck anymore as I do not drive it. Very low mileage, decent vehicle, heat and ac work, $4000 OBO
