6V53 D. DIESEL

6V53. Parts only. I disassembled the top end.

Rocker arm shelf showed very little where. I do not think there were too many miles on this motor still cross hatches in the Liners. Hairline cracks valve to Valve. The blower is good. other than the liners being a little rusty the block looks like new. so it would be a good rebuilder. There was only one liner that was rusty. It was in a Fire Truck. The air intake was too small was restricted. I am pretty sure It was starved for air. So exhaust temperature in head was pretty hot.

three pictures of the bare heads are from the other listing I have those heads look good, but would have to be rebuilt.
