Fridge works but needs cleaning. Stove is untested, but probably works too. Washing machine is untested. Roof has a few leaks. Inside would need further cleaning.

No axles underneath, you would need to attach some and add tires. I have several tires which you could use and keep for free. Hitch is there and needs to be re-welded. Most of the skirting has been loosened, it is free as well and goes with the trailer.
