Apartment Complex OUTDOOR Property Manager

(no tenant interaction involved) - Responsibilities including mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf raking, and basic property clean up, trash, branches, garbage, etc. Winter duties include sidewalk and entry way shoveling (not the parking lots) and putting down ice melt as well as other minor tasks.

The compensation for this work is in the form of greatly reduced rent for an on-site 3 bedroom 2 bath home with attached garage.

Seeking someone who is handy with mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc and their use and maintenance and has an attention for detail and strong work ethic. Work hours are flexible, and other full or PT work can be maintained while doing this job.
