Entire rifle value new was $4100.00.

It was brought to my attention that the scope "was illegal in nd." However after checking with the ND State Law on this subject: "infrared illuminators are not permitted...", this is not a infrared scope. This scope works with a Lazer (not a night visision scope). The NDGFD state nothing about specific scopes for rifles. The reference only bows.
