We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a primary care, holistic, and functional-centered clinic setting with an infusion center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a certified nurse practitioner in the delivery of patient care and ensuring that medical records are accurately maintained.

Responsibilities

Work in tandem with the certified nurse practitioner on patient care with open communication.

Administer infusions and injections as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Assess patients' vital signs and report any concerning findings to the provider.

Assist in diagnostic evaluations and perform routine medical procedures as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.

Provide support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health education.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards.

Expected hours: 20 32 per week
