The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks including residential painting, repairs, and general upkeep of facilities.
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure systems are functioning properly.
Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems with equipment and systems.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
Lead small teams during maintenance projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
Operate and maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
Execute welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications to equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve overall facility operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage small teams effectively.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in maintenance operations.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
