Well built quality Love seat, excellent condition, has had limited use, no contact with pets, or smoking

Measures 65 long and 38.5 "high at highest point.

Cushions are 20" deep, (the entire Love seat is approx. 37 " deep,) the padded arms are 12" high,

The upholstery is accented with dark green/burgundy threading on dark gold material.

I am only finding a new home for it as I am needing the room for redecorating.
