(Used) Extreme Model No. 425-1669 garage door opener assembly. It came off of a 9' X 9' door. It is seven years old and came off a cold storage building. This model is designed to handle a 7' to 18' door. I was told the control board is bad. It starts and stops in the wrong position. This brand is sold by Menard's. It comes complete with an outside remote keypad, two portable remotes, the installation manual, sensor eyes and all the installation hardware. I called the manufacturer, and was told the cost of a new control board was about $42.00 delivered.
