Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Equipment Technician/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, including but not limited to ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other specialized appliances used in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and service food service equipment in commercial kitchens (restaurants, schools, hospitals, etc.)

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing necessary repairs

Perform routine maintenance on various types of commercial kitchen equipment

Coordinate with clients to schedule installations, repairs, and inspections

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with all services provided

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Travel to client sites as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Food Service Equipment Technician or Installer preferred

Strong understanding of commercial kitchen appliances and equipment

Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Certification in appliance repair (preferred but not required)
