JC Higgins 583.20 12ga 2 3/4" Modified Choke Bolt Action Shotgun. Yeah I have another one for sale. I have many more but these are the first to go. The wood is good but could use a cleaning or refinishing if you want. Shoot it as it is either way works. The metal is good.
