Excellent hunting and wildlife acreage. Lots of fresh deer signs, scraps and rubs. Lots of upland birds as well. Would also make good pasture but is not fenced. It was cut for hay last year, but has not been cut this year. Established tree row along north side. Lilac, caragana and other species. Old foundation with well head near tree row. Well has not been pulled or checked. Do not know if it is still good. Slough on south side of property holds water year round and is full of waterfowl during migration. Parts are listed as crop ground but has just been in grass for awhile.
