Landscape Laborer

Salary: $20 - $23+/hour (Based on Experience & Desire)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to lay sod, mow, trim, water, fertilize, shovel rock, plant trees and shrubs, and dirt work

Use hand/power tools/equipment

Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service

Ability to perform with minimum supervision and direction

Assist in snow removal during winter months, and other property maintenance projects as needed throughout the season

Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Willing to work early or late hours depending on the time of year

Ability to work 40+ hours a week

Able to perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons

Must possess a valid drivers license

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
