Law Office Manager with Bookkeeping Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager with bookkeeping expertise to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, maintaining financial records, and supporting our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

o Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

o Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

o Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities.

o Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Bookkeeping:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

o Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll.

o Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

o Assist with attorney time entry and invoicing.

o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Human Resources:

o Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

o Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries.

o Administer employee benefits and coordinate payroll processing.

Qualifications:

Accounting knowledge preferred.

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

Strong bookkeeping experience and knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
