These were some of the last good amps Planet Audio made before they were purchased and production moved to China. This amp is new, comes with birth certificate, and original box and paperwork, bass knob and cord. This amp is chonky, it has to weigh 25 pounds. It's a beast. Birth certificate shows it was tested at 13 volts. Amp should perform above the 3k advertised max output running at 14.5 volts. If you are wanting something that was built like a brick outhouse then this is the unit for you. Amps made in the USA of this size and quality cost well over $1500 these days.
