the front half of building has a concrete floor and the back section has a wood floor. 50' x 14' steel building for cold storage plus almost one acre of land located in mcclusky ,nd. I used it to store my finished craft inventory but do not need it any longer. it would be great for storing, ATVs ,boats, or vehicles as it has a garage sixe overhead door. The taxes are only $20.00 per year as it is out of city limits but right on t5he edge of town.
