Odgers Outdoor Services is a growing exterior cleaning and installation company in Bismarck, ND, specializing in professional Christmas lights, exterior cleaning, and gutter guard installation. As we expand, were looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join us!

Position: Exterior Cleaning & Installation Crew Member

Location: Bismarck, ND

Pay: $20/hour (based on experience)(room for growth)

Schedule: Full-time and temporary positions available

What Youll Do:

Assist with Christmas light takedown

Perform exterior cleaning (pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning)

Install gutter guards and help with other services as needed

Work outdoors and be part of a hands-on, growing company

What Were Looking For:

Dependable & hardworking Shows up on time and ready to work

Physically fit Comfortable working on ladders and roofs

Positive attitude Works well with a team and follows instructions

No experience? No problem! We provide training

What We Offer:

Starting pay: $20/hour

Paid time off (PTO) & sick days for full-time employees (after 90 days)
