Thought I was single, just got married. Title in hand.I just purchased this 1973 Coachmen Cadet camper a month ago thinking I would be alone with my dog. However my family grew by two so plans changed.

The last owners completely gutted it to bring it back to life with modern touches.They had put a lot of work into it but now they are moving out of state and decided not to take it with them, we need the space so if you have a need and this camper fits your ideas?, Your conversion is already started. Basically all the worst parts gutting and framing are done! Now for the fun stuff, building your Dream!

Its our loss unfortunately- a lot has been done inside and on the outside.Outside is complete with a new paint job and new roof and everything completely sealed up.

Everything we have to finish it will go with the camper.

Must see to appreciate all the time and money invested in it thus far.

Finish it, make it a food truck or portable cheap storage. All new wiring installed and all new lights all the way around and inside. Electric jack was installed as well.
