Purchased Brand New in 2021. Great Shape with no water leaks or issues. Comes with 2 Air Conditioners, Water heater, furnace, electric fireplace, mounted TV, stainless steel appliances, full size house toilet in main bath and shower. We added storm covers over main bath and half bathroom vents for added protection. Rubber seals were reconditioned every season and in very good shape. Master Bedroom comes with queen mattress but side tables can be removed to have King Bed installed if desired. Guest room has 3 bunks and a pull out couch to sleep 4. Living area also can convert dining area into a bed as well as a main area pull out couch. Outdoor pop out kitchen has drink fridge and sink, as well as gas grill that connects to trailer main propane tanks. Tires on trailer in great shape and were covered by tire covers.
