There are no canned fillings or store bought crusts here! Everything is from scratch! The crust is grandmas recipe and the filling is made with fresh picked apples!
The pies are then frozen and vacuum sealed preserving the freshness so you can decide if you want to bake it right away or save it for a holiday or company potluck. They are really handy to have on hand and just pop in the oven whenever! They will keep for at least a year in the freezer. (I'm sure it's much longer but that's the longest I've ever kept one frozen before baking.)
