We have a standard poodle that we are looking to rehome!

Skip the potty training and basic command training (come, sit, wait, stay, out, lets go).

He plays nice with other dogs, does good with our kids (ages 10m-6 years old). He is such a clam boy and spends most of the day just sleeping or hanging. When his favorite toys are out he loves to play tug of war, fetch, or just gnaw on his hide bones.

He goes to bed every night at about 10 and doesnt get up until we do which is great. We do not kennel him for bed but he does good in the kennel too. Hes not aloud in our room, but he sleeps outside in the hall on his bed.

He was born Jan 31st and he is neutered.

We are rehoming him for a few reasons

1. He has not bonded specifically with the child we were most hoping for. He will play with that child and will be patiently led around but would rather be by me, and Im a busy mom of 4 kids 6 and under. I dont really need a dog bonded to me.

2. We live on a farm and when goes out now, our Great Pyrenees has started to take him on adventures. We need the GP to stay in the yard to keep the predators away from our small homestead. I dont enjoy tying when he goes outside but otherwise the GP is a bad influence.
